Bigger is Better at Precision Balancing

Precision Balancing are currently undergoing an equipment and infrastructure upgrade program which will further enhance their Melbourne industrial balancing facilities.

Already two months into the six month program a significant part of the upgrade has been to increase industrial balancing capacity to balance larger objects. Upgrades have been completed to the largest balancing machine which now allows high quality industrial balance for objects up to 3 meters in diameter.

“Several of our customers in the industrial fan industry make very large heavy duty fans” said Jeff Leahy, Operations Manager at Precision Balancing. “These have large impellers which require dynamic balancing, we can now comfortably balance fan impellers up to 3 metres in diameter. We are constantly improving our equipment to ensure we continue to offer our customers the best possible service”
