New On Site Balancing Technology

Vibration caused by imbalance in industrial rotating machinery, including pumps, is an important engineering problem. On site balancing is balancing a part while it is in its normal operating position at your facility; and allows operation to resume immediately following the balancing operation. It can generally be performed on all types of rotating machinery.

With the recent purchase of a Schenck onsite Smart Balancer machine, Precision Balancing can now offer the latest in on site balancing technology. With the capabilities to do vibration checks, bearing analysis and of course the balancing of a large range of rotating industrial equipment we can resolve many issues in the field.

We are able to provide customers with balance analysis printouts and reports as well as full engineering assessments and recommendations. With a wide range of industrial balancing equipment and specialised tools available, and professional staff and contractors at the ready, we are able to respond to customers’ requirements promptly. At Precision Balancing we understand mission critical, and we will be there when you need us most, from industrial breakdown service to condition reporting, we even offer an emergency breakdown industrial repair service, after hours and weekends.

In recent times our onsite team has covered quite a few kilometres to deliver onsite industrial balancing service to an ever growing customer base, in a variety of industrial fields. With often very varied machinery to balance in the field the many years of balancing experience in our workshop and onsite, and a well-staffed industrial engineering support team, we help reduce equipment downtime and increase productivity.

The new Schenck Smart Balancer unit complements our extensive range of onsite equipment and is a clear demonstration of our ongoing commitment to making sure that we have the necessary tools, equipment and training to keep our customers well serviced.
